Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Faceless AI Reels (“Faceless AI Reels”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and AI video automation service (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture.
• Credentials: if you sign up with email, we store a salted, one-way hash of your password, never the password itself.
• Content and settings: the series you create, including niche, prompts, scripts, style, voice, branding and schedule settings.
• Connected platform data: if you connect a social account (for example YouTube or TikTok), we store the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf, plus the basic channel information and video statistics needed to show you analytics.
• Technical data: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To generate, schedule and publish videos according to your settings.
• To show you your content queue, calendar and analytics.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Google user data

This section explains specifically how Faceless AI Reels accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes data received from Google when you use “Continue with Google”.

Data accessed. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. From your Google Account we receive your name, your email address (and whether it is verified), your profile picture URL and a unique Google account identifier. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data.

Data usage. We use this data only to (a) create your Faceless AI Reels account, (b) sign you in securely, (c) show your name and picture inside the app, and (d) contact you about your account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

Data sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your Google user data with third parties. It is processed only by our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting and Neon for the database) on our behalf to run the Service, and disclosed only if required by law.

Data storage and protection. Your name, email and picture URL are stored in our database, which is encrypted at rest and accessed only over encrypted (TLS) connections. We do not store your Google password. We do not keep Google access or refresh tokens for sign-in: the token is used once to read your basic profile and then discarded. Your session is kept with a random, httpOnly cookie whose value is stored only as a hash.

Data retention and deletion. We keep this data only while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing sellsmartlycontact@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days. You can also remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

If you later choose to connect a YouTube channel, we will ask for that permission separately and use it only to upload and manage the videos you ask us to publish and to read their statistics.

Faceless AI Reels' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service, for example cloud hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), file storage, and AI generation providers for scripts, voices, images and video. They process data only on our instructions and only to deliver the Service. The prompts and settings needed to generate your videos are sent to these AI providers.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete any series at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, or to disconnect Google access, email us at sellsmartlycontact@gmail.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke Faceless AI Reels' access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with scrypt, and session tokens are stored only as hashes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
