Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Faceless AI Reels (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Faceless AI Reels helps you plan, generate, schedule and publish short-form videos using artificial intelligence. Features may change, and some features (such as publishing to a given platform) depend on third-party services that we do not control.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts, logos and other material you provide, and of the videos generated for you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You give us a limited licence to host, process and publish that content only to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for the content you create and publish. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, and that your videos comply with the law and with the rules of each platform you publish to (for example YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that:

• is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• impersonates real people or misleads viewers in a harmful way (including deceptive deepfakes);
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• is spam, or breaks a platform's rules on automation or inauthentic behaviour.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.

5. AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to output generated for others. Review videos before relying on them, especially factual, financial, medical or news content. Where platforms require it, you are responsible for labelling content as AI-generated.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorise us to publish and manage videos on it according to your settings. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Plans and payment

Some features may require a paid plan or credits. Prices and limits are shown before you buy. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost channel revenue, or platform account actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
