Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service, no physical shipping

AI Short Videos is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is sent to your address.

2. How purchases are delivered

  • Subscription plans: your plan and its monthly credits are activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
  • Credit packs: credits are added to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Videos: videos you generate appear in your account, usually within 1 to 5 minutes. Depending on your plan, you can watch, download or publish them to your connected channels.

A confirmation is sent to the email address on your account. You can always see your plan, credits and payment history under Billing & Credits.

3. Delivery area

The service is available worldwide wherever our website can be reached. Prices are shown in INR for India and USD elsewhere.

4. Delays

If your plan or credits do not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, email us with your payment details and we will activate them or refund you. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
